The Aam Aadmi Party government has started a mobile application to find out the talents hidden in different corners of Delhi. In Delhi secretariat, Deputy CM Manish Sisodia launched a mobile app in the name of Delhi’s Date With Democracy.
Manish Sisodia said that anyone from Delhi can record his art, his skills and send people to this mobile app. Sisodia says that there is great interest in singing or dancing among young people in Delhi.
The Government believes that every youth has a talent and this is the purpose of launching mobile app so that the skills of youth can be identified. Through this app, dance or song singers will get the chance.
Sisodia further said that every street has a star, they do not get the stage, but with the help of the app, the talents will be brought out. The government is launching mobile app and can record dance or songs in this app.
The last date for sending entry online is March 29. The duration of an entry should not be more than five minutes.
“The event is open only to Delhi residents and while submitting the entry, an applicant has to mention details about his and his ward. Also, multiple entries by same person from different wards would attract disqualification,” she said.
The app has the deputy chief minister’s message in both audio and video on the idea of democracy, quotes on democracy by eminent figures, the event schedule and an alert button, among its features.
“Any potential applicant for singing section can choose from a package of 30 pre-loaded songs in karaoke format. The applicant then would have to sing and on the basis of that he or she would be judged.
The government told that the mobile app can be sent to the mobile app Delhi’s Date With Democracy by recording up to 8 pm on March 28. After that the program will run for about a month. After sending the video, there will be a competition in the children of the ward, after this, the students will get a chance to show their talents at a large level in the district, assembly and Delhi.
Let me tell you that along with the launch of the mobile, the Wall of Democracy was also created in the Delhi Secretariat, where the Secretariat workers from Deputy CM were seen sharing their opinions related to democracy.
